INGRÉDIENTS

200g baking chocolate
170g semi-salted butter
120g brown sugar
50g cornstarch
1 pinch of baking soda
3 eggs
100g cashew nut
30g raw cocoa beans

METHOD

  1. Turn on your oven at 150°C. Coarsely chop the cashew nuts and cocoa beans. Keep a few cashews aside for decorating the brownie.
  2. Melt the chocolate, in the microwave in 15 s increments or by melting it in a bain-marie: put a large saucepan half-filled with water on the stove and place a smaller bowl with chocolate in it. Heat the pot of water over low heat without boiling. When the chocolate begins to melt, stir regularly.
  3. Take off the heat and add the sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, and finally the eggs. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the cashew nuts to the preparation.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a square baking dish, and pour the brownie batter into the pan.
  5. If you wish, you can place the whole cashews that you have set aside on top of the brownie and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes, and it's ready!
  6. Leave it to cool before enjoying it!
