Cinq Frères offers you cocoa butter, 100% natural, cold extracted from cocoa beans cultivated in the region of SAVA, in the North East of Madagascar.

This natural, non-deodorized butter retains a sweet cocoa scent. It can be used in cosmetics as well as in cooking due to its resistance to high temperatures.

Needless to say, it's the best source of fat for a successful chocolate fondant, and it's great for moisturizing lips.

Consider using it in your savory preparations, when cooking a duck breast with cocoa nibs for example.

Comment utiliser le beurre de cacao ?

Cocoa butter is found in solid form below 35 ° C. To cook it, you will therefore need to heat it slightly so that it becomes liquid. Then you can use it as a replacement for any source of fat, whether in sweet or savory preparations. At the bottom of a pie dish to ease the unmolding process, when cooking in a pan or in the oven. Anecdote
