Kaffir lime zest enhances the taste of dishes based on white fish, coconut milk sauces, rougailles. For dessert, it makes it possible to flavor homemade yogurts, flans and goes easily with chocolate. As for drinks, it can be used in infusions, in the preparation of arranged rum and coconut punch.<\/p>\n

The dried zest can be used whole, chopped, grated or ground. Be careful, however, not to overdo it. Its fragrance, although delicate, is nonetheless very intense. A small amount is enough.<\/p>\n
