How to store cashews?

Like most dry products, raw cashews do not spoil but see their flavor diminish over time.

Store whole nuts in an airtight jar, away from light, humidity and heat so that they remain crunchy and tasty.

How to use cashews?

There are numerous ways to use them :

raw, whole, roasted, crushed, salted, spiced, as a snack, mixed with dried fruits and other seeds to make homemade muesli, sprinkled on a green papaya salad, added to sautéed vegetables, prawns or chicken; blended and pureed, to spread on pancakes or to accompany a bowl of porridge; soaked in water then blended to make a vegetable milk.
