Description
How to store green pepper?
Spices do not expire but see their flavor alter over time. The goal is to keep them in the best conditions so that the taste last as long as possible.
To preserve the organoleptic characteristics of your spices, it is advisable to store them in a dry, airtight environment, away from light and heat.
How to choose the right pepper?
The green peppercorns, carefully selected and graded by hand, should be of uniform size. They are dry, of a homogeneous green.
They are neither damaged nor broken and give off a powerful fragrance.
How to use it ?
Dehydrated Green Pepper has the advantage of being able to be eaten as it is.
Sprinkle a few seeds, not crushed, on your salads, your terrines or pâté sandwiches, on confit duck legs.
You can also add it into your sauce preparations. To do this, rehydrate for 15 to 20 minutes in hot water, drain it and add it to your preparation as if it were fresh green pepper.
Fragrant but relatively sweet, you can even peck it on its own.
